hello, I'm just adding my experience.

In my case I had BURG instead of GRUB and it seems that it doesnt update automatically..

from the boot menu:
-I pressed "e" to edit the boot entry...

I have some problems. I think we must first solve the problems and then we can improve it.

1)Some albums wont play on double click. I havent found the cause yet.

As i read in line 55 of flow_engine.py file:

go to synaptic and search for python gtkgl. In my Ubuntu 10.04 found the package python-gtkglext1. Install the package and it will work.

i did exactly the same. I have Ubuntu lucid and i decided to check fedora. I installed fedora, ran sudo update-grub from within ubuntu and the option appeared correctly on my Grub Menu.

BUT it...

For me the installation completed successfully but when i run ATI CCC it says that there is no driver installed...

This script is awesome but it doesnt work for hidden windows like KMess or emesene.
I would like to have a launcher for emesene which doesnt start another instance but bringing up the hidden window...

how did you installed drivers from ATI's website?

Hello, i've been using Ubuntu since 9.04 and ever since i have this problem with my Ati X800. The default (open source) drivers doesn't support fully the card so opengl is not as fast as it should....

Thanks. you were right that i was using wrong id.. i used the right one that lsusb gave me. Then the network appears in wireless but i can't connect.. and the led isn't flashing like on windows..
