The solution is to disable compiz.

mmm, dunno if i missed something, but I cannot use network manager for wireless after the patch.
I simply have no wireless card to operate.
It does work with the 3DSP tools
I signed the partition and mailed them a request for the full source so it can be integrated into the kernel.
Lets hope we do not have to do this hacking in the future and Ubuntu will be even better...

I just commented out the line with says hdev->type = HCI_USB;
so line 556 became : //hdev->type = HCI_USB;
I thought at first it did not work, but...
Well going back to a previous kernel is no option for me.
I run 2.6.35 now for mulittouch stuff (maverick 10.10 kernel on 10.04).
There is another way:
download the partly source and compile....
