Cracking noise on reboot, but not poweroff...

hi, as a new user i havw hp g61-435st(wh577ea) and the sound profile is:

ubuntu 10.04

intel 92HD75B2X5
G45 DEVCTG

i get short crackingnoise (like paper is being teared) from the speakers when i reboot, just after the logo disappears. even on not updated system and updated system...
but i dont get that noise when poweroff... i also closed the hardware of sound, tried like that but nothing happens, the noise continues...
also i tried on xubuntu!

other dudes had same problem but also he hasnt got any answer by now...

I get cracking noise when my laptop overheat.
solution: don't let it overheat. ^^
