Help getting settings from AVS, to use in Audacity...

I need help getting settings from AVS, to use in Audacity...

I did a format conversion in AVS, with the non-free trial voiceover in the result, and I want to try to get those settings for use in Audacity.

The first try in Audacity did not de-compress the file.

I added the file to the 'Project' list, and clicked play. It played the compressed file.

I do have the ffmpeg Library installed, but don't know what tool to employ from it, to de-compress the file, for format conversion.

Help?
