Angry 10.04 Live CD: where the start menu has left?

    Hi all,

I'm feeling very stupid asking this, but I have to do.

I want to run memtest on my new system.

I downloaded the 10.04 Desktop 64 bit cd image and burned (the md5 is verified, the ISO is not wrong).

I started the system and.... I can't find the classic, old menu prompting me for what i want to do.

Simply starts Ubuntu live, and it takes a bit to do.

Older versions will prompt for "Try, install, run memtes, do something else".

Where do this menu has left??

What I have to do to run memtest?

    Thanks

When you boot with the live cd, you should eventually see a black screen with 2 or 3 icons at its bottom. Press a button quickly and the menu will pop up.

Ohhh! Thanks!! I finally found. The button to press is F1 and all comes back.

memtest doesn't start, but this is another story...

just pressed some key. wasn't looking at what i was pressing, as i wanted to purposely do so. the old ubuntu live cd menu came up, the only difference being the background image of ubuntu. also now it says 'test memory' instead of the 'memtest' it used to have.
